Why is moving seniors different?
When a senior moves, they usually need to downsize and make decisions about household items that they've had for many years. Whether moving closer to family or into a retirement community, many seniors are overwhelmed by the idea of packing and moving personal belongings that have been acquired over a lifetime. We are a neutral voice and helping hand with know how and experience to help create a complete and successful move.

Organize all personal documents in an orderly filing system
Speak with family members regarding concerns and needs for a successful move
Schedule all disconnect/reconnection of utilities, phones, cable, etc.
Change of address notification to the US Post Office
and send notices to friends and relatives
Medical equipment change of address and delivery
Sorting and Distribution
Help you decide what to move to your new home
Sort possessions that you wish to gift, sell, or donate
Delivery or shipment of heirlooms to loved ones
Preparation for the Move
Visit your new home and develop a floor plan
Decide together which pieces of furniture will fit in your new home
Set up a timeline for the move
We will pack your belongings

Our experienced staff will move your belongings with care in our truck
We have the equipment and know how to move quickly into retirement communities, condos, apartments, etc.
Your New Home
Unpack and put away your belongings in the appropriate places
Make sure all appliances are working
Assemble your kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom: dishes in the cupboard, clothes hung in the closet, and towels hung
Furniture is arranged in a familiar way by hanging your art, pictures, and mirrors
Complete walk through to make sure everything is in its place!
